These Terms govern access to and use of ExportInvest LLC services, software, website, and any related deliverables we provide to clients and visitors.
By commissioning ExportInvest LLC you agree that each project is defined in a separate statement of work or proposal that outlines scope, timeline, and fees. Acceptance of deliverables occurs when you confirm written approval or begin production use.
Unless stated otherwise, you own the final assets, code, and documentation after the project is paid in full. ExportInvest LLC preserves the right to showcase non-confidential work samples in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential and to implement industry standard safeguards. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
We warrant that our work materially conforms to agreed specifications for 30 days after delivery. ExportInvest LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages and total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.
Invoices are due within 10 days unless otherwise specified. Either party may terminate with written notice if the other breaches these Terms and fails to cure within 15 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in Yerevan.
